Terms and Conditions

The Wedding Cookie Table Community operates in good faith to make items available that pertain to cookie table baking and the cookie table tradition. 

Pre-orders–Some orders include the pre-ordering of merchandise, meaning the WCTC is custom making an item that will be in limited supply. When pre-order conditions exist, it will be specified in offers. The customer will be given an approximate shipping date. The customer will pay the full price of the item up-front and the order will be shipped once the item is in stock. 

Disputes on Pre-Orders—If you see a charge from the Wedding Cookie Table Community on a credit card statement and forget what if anything you ordered, PLEASE reach out to us before contacting your bank. Chargebacks are expensive. We are available at: WCTCmerchandise@gmail.com We want you to be happy! 

Records from delivery services are final—please understand that records showing an item or items were delivered are considered to be final records.

Stolen packages-WCTC cannot be responsible for items after they were left at the specified delivery address. If a shipping address is not safe for deliveries, please choose a “ship to” address that is safe.  

Damaged merchandise—If your merchandise arrives damaged or wet from sitting on your property, please reach out to the carrier to seek relief. Please let us know if you are not happy with the outcome.  

Refunds–Depending on circumstances, refunds may be made available if a request is made within seven calendar days of delivery of merchandise. Once seven calendar days have passed from the date merchandise was delivered, refunds cannot be made available for any reason.  

PO Boxes–PO Boxes cannot be used by UPS or Fed Ex for deliveries. Customers must provide street addresses for WCTC purchases. 

Incorrect addresses—WCTC ships to the delivery address provided. When incorrect shipping addresses are provided, WCTC not only pays to ship the item(s), but is also charged for the item(s) to be returned.   (For instance, on a $40 purchase, it may cost $10 to ship an item and $40 for FedEx to return it). These fees which may exceed the original purchase price will be charged to the customer. Customers providing an incorrect address will pay fees first and if a balance remains between the purchase price and fees charged, a refund in that amount will be issued back to the customer. The customer may not receive merchandise if they provided an incorrect shipping address. There may be an additional fee charged to re-send merchandise in this situation.

Disputes–Any disputes will be settled according to US law in the Commonwealth of PA using arbitration. Maximum settlements will be limited to the purchase price paid for merchandise.
